TRX was invented by a U.S. Navy Seal who wanted a piece of kit that could give him a full-body workout anywhere in the world but wouldn’t take up too much room in his kitbag.
It’s great for developing your core strength so we can use it to improve your posture, prevent injuries and increase your overall strength.
