So, you wanna get fitter?
The hardest thing about personal training is making that decision in the first place. The fact that you’re here now, means you’re half way there already.
So well done you. I know how hard it can be sometimes to motivate yourself, especially when there’s a lot going on in your life. Work, kids, friends, hobbies, talent shows starring Simon Cowell on TV, and so on.
There’s always a reason or an excuse not to focus on your fitness, but even Mr. Cowell can squeeze in a couple of hours exercise each week, and he owns half of the Universe. Honestly, once we get started, fitness training is like a bug, and you’ll pity all those poor folk who use every excuse under the sun to avoid a good workout. They’ll be getting fat, whilst you’ll be getting fit. So come on. Get fit. Get sexy. Make your lazy friends and colleagues jealous of your new physique and rub their noses in it. Walk with a swagger and your head held up high, because what’s the point of getting fit if you can’t flaunt it?
