I had been having problems with high blood pressure and my doctor wanted to put me on tablets to control it. A friend recommended Chris and, after a consultation and discussion about my condition, we decided that exercise could be the answer. Fitness has always been important to me but it gets tough to fit things in when you have a job and kids. I needed someone to give me a push and help me make the most of my limited time. I contacted the ProBalance studio in Manchester, we had a chat to find out what I needed and Andy (the owner) matched me up with Chris. The training’s hard but really enjoyable and Chris always explains why we’re doing each exercise and makes sure my technique is spot on. That means I can still do the exercises if I go to my own gym.
