My approach to nutrition isn’t to have you cutting out everything you like and demanding that you eat nothing but mung beans and lentils.
Let’s be sensible about this, you have a life to lead and (possibly) kids to cater for.
Based on your goals and calorie requirements, I aim to show you how a healthy, balanced diet can be tasty and simple (and still allow for life’s treats). I can provide recipes and meal plans to fuel your exercise and help you to reach your weight-loss (or weight-gain) targets
